Orka Sports ("we", "our", "us") operates the orkasports.com website and the Orka Sports mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), providing player registration, competition management, performance ranking, and AI-powered video analysis for sports and fitness challenges. When you upload a performance video, Orka Sports uses on-device or server-side motion analysis to detect repetitions, duration, posture, and scoring metrics relevant to your event (e.g. squats, push-ups, planks, lifts). This processing is used solely to generate your performance score and ranking.
The Platform may request access to your device's location to show nearby training partners, venues, or events using distance-based search. Location access is optional — declining it will only disable location-based features, not your core account functionality. We do not track your location in the background.
Player registration and certain features may require payment, processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers. We retain only transaction status and reference IDs for verification and support purposes.
Our referral program credits earnings when a referred user completes registration or a purchase. We track the referring user, the referred user, and the credited amount to administer this program fairly.

Your data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorized personnel.
