League Rules
Orka-Women-Kabaddi-League Official Rules
The following rules govern all matches and competitions within Orka-Women-Kabaddi-League. All players, coaches, and officials are expected to adhere to these regulations.
General Rules
- All matches will be played according to the official sport regulations with specific league modifications noted below.
- Teams must arrive at least 60 minutes before scheduled match time.
- Each team must have a minimum of required players present to start a match.
- Substitutions must be reported to the official scorekeeper before entering the game.
- The league commissioner has final authority on all rule interpretations.
Match Rules
- Match duration will be according to standard regulations.
- In case of a tie, extra time will be played according to league specifications.
- Video review will be available for specific situations as outlined in the detailed rulebook.
- Teams will switch sides at halftime.
- Three timeouts are allowed per team per match.
Player Eligibility
- All players must be registered with the league before participating.
- Players must meet age and qualification requirements.
- Transfer regulations must be followed for all player movements.
- Medical clearance is required for all participating athletes.
- Players must adhere to the league's code of conduct.
Disciplinary Procedures
- Yellow and red card system will be enforced.
- Accumulated cards may result in suspension from future matches.
- Serious infractions will be reviewed by the disciplinary committee.
- Appeals must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident.
- The league has zero tolerance for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Tournament Format
- The league will follow a round-robin format followed by playoffs.
- Standings will be determined by points, then head-to-head results.
- The top teams will advance to the championship round.
- Tiebreakers will be resolved according to the official procedures.
- Championship matches will have extended time in case of ties.
