ORKA BOX JUMP CHALLENGE
ORKA Box Jump Challenge is a high-intensity competition designed to test true explosive power, endurance, and control under fatigue. Athletes perform continuous box jumps for 3 minutes, aiming to achieve the maximum number of valid reps using standardized heights—24 inches for female athletes and 30 inches for male athletes. Every jump must demonstrate full control and precision, where consistent rhythm and clean landings are essential to maintain performance throughout the time limit.
Built as a structured competitive format, the challenge transforms a simple exercise into a measurable, performance-driven sport. Athletes compete to secure top positions on district, state, and national leaderboards through verified attempts conducted under strict rules. ORKA Box Jump Challenge delivers an electrifying experience for both participants and spectators—where every rep counts, every landing matters, and every second pushes you closer to your limit.
