No. Only standardized heights are allowed for official rankings.
Anyone can participate, including beginners and advanced athletes, provided they follow safety and rule guidelines.
A valid jump includes:
- Takeoff from ground
- Full landing on box (both feet)
- Full hip extension at top
- Controlled return to ground
Invalid reps include:
- Partial landing
- No full extension
- Stepping instead of jumping
- Unsafe landing
Yes, all attempts must be recorded in a single-take video for verification.
The video must show:
- Full athlete body
- Box height clearly
- Entire jump and landing
- Timer in frame
Yes, rest is allowed, but the timer continues running.
Scoring is based on the total number of valid jumps completed in 3 minutes.
Performances are verified by the District Ambassador or ORKA system.
Yes, multiple attempts are allowed, but only verified performances will count.
Only complete and valid jumps are counted. Failed attempts are ignored.
