Anyone worldwide can participate under the official categories:
- U14
- U18
- Open (18 to 35)
- 35+
Each category has separate Male and Female divisions.
Register on the official ORKA platform, select your correct age and gender category, record your burpee attempt according to the official rules, and upload your video for verification.
Yes. The ORKA Burpee Challenge is conducted digitally. Participants record their performance using a mobile camera and submit it through the official system.
Each burpee must include:
- Chest touching the ground
- Full plank extension
- Jump upward
- Hands clearly overhead at the top
Incomplete reps will not be counted.
The official time format (for example, 60 seconds or 2 minutes) will be announced before the competition. Athletes must complete maximum valid reps within that time.
No. You only need:
- A flat surface
- Athletic attire
- A visible timer
- A mobile camera for recording
Yes. Multiple attempts are allowed within the competition window. Only your best verified score will appear on the leaderboard.
All submitted videos are reviewed by the ORKA verification team to ensure proper form, visible timer, full-body view, and no video editing before approving your score.
Once verified, your score updates automatically in:
- Age Ranking
- Gender Ranking
- National Ranking
- World Ranking
This allows you to track your global standing in real time.
Yes. The competition requires a registration fee as per the official ORKA structure.
Top 3 athletes in each division receive medals and prize money according to the official prize structure. Verified participants receive a digital certificate.
Incorrect form (no chest contact, no overhead jump, partial plank, etc.) may lead to rejected reps or full video rejection. You can submit a new valid attempt during the competition period.
Yes. The ORKA Burpee Challenge is open to participants globally.
In case of a tie, ORKA may apply tie-breaking rules or award joint ranking recognition depending on official guidelines.
Yes. Athletes register individually but may represent their gym, academy, or country.
