Solo Twist Master – Official Rules
Eligibility
- Open to all dancers worldwide
- Solo participation only (no groups or crews)
- Registration through the ORKA platform is mandatory
Competition Format
Stage 1: Auditions
- Conducted at official partner dance academies
- Performance recorded in a single take
- Duration: 60-90 seconds
Stage 2: Ranking
- Verified performances are published on the leaderboard
- Participants are ranked based on performance criteria
Stage 3: Battle Rounds
- Top-ranked dancers compete in 1 vs 1 battles
- Freestyle format with live music
Stage 4: Grand Finals
- Finalists perform live on the ORKA main stage
- Winners are decided by judges and/or audience
Performance Rules
- Solo performance only
- Any dance style allowed (freestyle encouraged)
- Focus on twist, control, creativity, and originality
- No backup dancers allowed
- Props allowed only if approved
- Dangerous or unsafe moves are not permitted
Video Submission Rules (Auditions)
- Must be recorded at an official partner dance academy
- Video must be a single continuous shot (no edits or cuts)
- Full body must be visible at all times
- Camera must remain static
- Clear lighting and audio required
Any violation may lead to rejection or disqualification
Verification System
All performances must be approved by:
- Partner Dance Academy
- District Ambassador
Only verified entries will be eligible for ranking

Battle Rules
- 1 vs 1 format
- Equal number of rounds for each dancer
- Music controlled by DJ
- Judges or audience decide the winner
- Tie → Sudden-death round
Ranking System
- Rankings are based on verified performance scores
- Leaderboards include:
- District Level
- State Level
- National Level
- International Level
Only top-ranked dancers progress to the next stages
Fair Play & Disqualification
Participants will be disqualified for:
- Edited or manipulated videos
- Plagiarized choreography
- Misconduct or unsportsmanlike behavior
- Violation of any competition rules
Code of Conduct
- Respect all participants, judges, and organizers
- No offensive language, gestures, or content
- Maintain professionalism throughout the competition
