ORKA STRENGTH TRIATHLON

About ORKA Strength Triathlon

ORKA Strength Triathlon is a structured strength competition designed to measure total-body power, balance across lifts, and true relative strength. Athletes compete across three fundamental movements—Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift—each representing a core pillar of strength. Performed under standardized conditions and strict verification, every lift contributes to a combined performance that reflects not just raw power, but control, technique, and consistency.

What defines the ORKA Strength Triathlon is its performance-based scoring system. The total weight lifted across all three exercises is divided by the athlete’s bodyweight, creating a fair and comparable strength index across different sizes and categories. This approach rewards efficiency and strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring that competition is driven by performance rather than scale alone. Every attempt is recorded, verified, and ranked, turning individual lifts into a credible, measurable sport format.

Built for both emerging and experienced athletes, the platform enables participants to train, compete, and progress through district, state, and national leaderboards. With standardized equipment, clear rules, and verified results, ORKA ensures competitive integrity at every level. The Strength Triathlon is not just about lifting heavier—it’s about demonstrating complete strength, maintaining consistency across movements, and earning recognition through real-world performance.
